Who doesn't love fried chicken? Very few things in life compare to a great barbecue. Let's face it, food usually tastes better fried. However, it is extremely hard to find gluten-free fried chicken that I can eat with celiac disease. That's why Pineapple Express is a dream for people like me.

Their entire menu is gluten free including the chicken, fries, brisket, burgers and even the mac and cheese. The only one thing that is not gluten free is the hamburger bun, but you can request gluten free buns, and they will switch it out.

The ambiance of this restaurant is extremely comfortable. It is casual but has a fun atmosphere.

It is rare that I can eat everything on the menu when I go to a restaurant, so this place really stands out. Everything I have tried on the menu is amazing.

I am a huge Shirley temple advocate, and this place does it right.

P.S: A fun fact that I recently learned is that all Shirley Temples are not gluten free, so make sure you check the grenadine ingredients before you drink one!

The waffle fries are perfectly salted and golden brown.

Now onto the main event, the fried chicken. Chicken that tastes this good is one in a million. Crispy with the perfect taste, this easily takes the top spot for one of the best fried chicken meals I have ever tried in my life.

Next time you want a barbecue meal that will hit the spot, make your way over to Pineapple Express Barbecue!

"Birthdays are nature's way of telling us to eat more cake."- Edward Morykwas. I couldn't agree more. But what about people who are allergic to gluten? What are they supposed to eat if they are craving a bite of mouthwatering cake? Well, I've got the answer for you! Nothing Bundt Cake offers delicious options for people who can't eat gluten.

Nothing Bundt Cakes is one of the best cakes I have had, if not the best. I have picked it up for countless birthdays and events and it delivers every time.

It was recently voted America's 1st Favorite Brand. I can't think of a brand that deserves it more. They offer gluten free chocolate chip and lemon raspberry bundt cakes. Each cake has the most satisfying texture and flavor that you can imagine. It tastes just like a normal cake.

I have had friends and family who love gluten free cake so much that they prefer it over normal cake. I always stop by to pick up normal cake for events and a gluten free cake for myself.

You can customize the decorations on the cakes for events and they have many size options, so they have the perfect cake for everyone.

I highly recommend stopping by this amazing dessert shop. Marie Antoinette was right about one thing. "Let them eat cake."

Enhance your next event by picking up a bundt cake from America's favorite brand.

See you next time!

Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix is the best thing that can ever happen to somebody who is gluten free and loves breakfast. The possibilities with this mix are endless.

Not only does this mix make incredible gluten free pancakes, it also makes fantastic waffles and crepes.

This is the perfect start to anyone's morning. Bob's Red Mill has quickly become one of my favorite brands for all things gluten free.

(P.S. The secret to making the crepes taste like heaven is spreading Nutella and adding strawberries.)

My entire family choses to eat GF with this mix because it's so good! It is a great hearty meal that can be sweet or salty depending on preferences.

Run to your nearest grocery store for this product!

Signing off for this week,
